Bad weather in the north is responsible for the delay of the Canadian Skirmisher, which is now duo. oh Saturday morning with American cargo. The Canopus, with-a cargo ol Westport coal, is due on Monday. Wellington and Auckland shipments are to’be loaded at this port per .tho [Wanaka, which is expected on-Tuesday from Oamaru. Another arrival from Oamaru _ on Tuesday"'should be the Kamo, to load for Wellington, Napier and Gisborne. Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth shipments are to be lifted by the Opihi, which is due on Tuesday from Oamaru. ' , ~ A cargo of Australian coal should arrive at • this port by the Karori on Tuesday. ■■■ * . Another arrival on Tuesday is expected to he the Calm from Oamaru, to load Wellington and Wanganui cargo. Thursday should see the arrival of the Gale to pick up produce for Picton, Wellington and Wanganui.* . The Waikouaiti is scheduled for Thursday, to Australian cargo, and to load, return shipments for Sydney. . , The Pakeha is due at the end ox next week from Wanganui, to load frozen meat and general cargo for the Homeland. . , Dalgctv and Co. advise that tlie Raranga is to leave London on August 5, with a direct cargo for Timaru. Tlie Union Steamship Co. advise that the Maori will take over the running of tho Wahine, commencing from Lyttelton on 'Thursday, Juno 25, when the latter steamer proceeds to dock for overhaul.
