BRITISH POLITICS.

MR LLOYD GEORGE’S OUTBURST.

By Cab'e—Press Association—Copyright, LONDON, June 29.

The campaign to revive Liberalism in Britain was inaugurated by Mr Lloyd Geoi'ge. Addressing a huge open-air demonstration at Manchester, Mr Lloyd George said the Labourites, when they came to office, promised to abolish secret diplomacy, but. there had never been any such secrecy.
