FIGHT AGAINST ANTHRAX. CONFLICTING INTERESTS AT WORK. J3y Cable—Press Association —Copyright. (Received 5.5 p.m., Juno 27.) LONDON, June 26. The Australia Press Association special correspondent at Geneva states that the British delegates submitted a resolution to the Anthrax Committee, recommending that the report of tiio Advisory Committee on Anthrax be adopted, and a draft convention bo submitted to next Labour Conference, providing that dangerous wool and hah be disinfected in the importing country, unless previously disinfected.

An Indian resolution urges the committee not to recommend that any action be taken by the Conference. The process now in operation at Liverpool is, it states, effective, bnt costly, ana only capable of application in Liverpool, and with certain classes ot material interferes with their use in industry’.

The Indian resolution concludes that the committee considers there is no prospect of arriving at international agreement on the question. A review of the situation indicates the possibility of a majority of about four for the Indian resolution. The vote will be taken in the morning.

'The matter is really’ one between Britain and India. The Australian delegates, are opposing strongly any suggestion of disinfection of Australian wool.
