FREE RAILAGE REQUESTED. (Special to “Herald.”) Mr J. Y. Rolleston, M.P., asked the Minister of Agriculture in the House this afternoon whether, in view ox the unprecedented'■ drought m ..out.! Canterbury, he will grant- to settlers .free railage for fodder required to ieou their stock during the winter months. It is understood that the Minister has liad a report made, and that tnu matter is now under consideration.
