Mr F. L. Wooles’s Forecast. Wind variable, strong westerly to southerly ruling; weather fair to changeable. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications are for southwest to south-east winds, strong to gale; unsettled cloudy and colder weather, with rain probably generally, and snow on higher levels. Barometer rising everywhere.
