The chairman, in opening the conference, commented upon the enormous increase m butter and cheese expo, ts. He ‘-aid thev had reached a cruicin! point. With'the drop in prices and the .possibility that- lower prices would have to bo accepted, producers should set their house in order and strive to increase production. Speaking of the moratorium he said . “The sooner it comes to an end Fne cooner w r e will get back to a stable state of affairs. 'The longer it is extended the longer will trouble to many i farmers last.”
