A telegram from Lilly states that number of townsfolk charged witli murder in the Ku Klux riots veia acquitted, after a brief trial. The district attorney (Mr \veimes) announces that lie will continue- the trial of otilers, lie is not discouiaged, but the general belief now is that tho matter will be discontinued, and tho prisoners released, since the prosecutor is compelled to depend on the same testimony 7 throughout. The Court adjourned till July 1.
