RHODESIANS RAISE COLOUR QUESTION.
By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 5.5 p.m., June 17. LONDON, June 16.
A party of forty Maoris, to take part In the Wembley tableaux, arrived in the liner Barrabool. The voyage from Durban was marked by much unpleasantness, Rhodesian passengers raising the colour question. The tension became most acute, till the Australians and New Zealanders, sympathising with the Maoris, threatened to throw the Rhodesians overboard. After that
there vas less trouble. The Maoris had a section of the ship to themselves, and did their own cooking.
