HAVE NEGOTIATIONS BROKEN DOWN? By Cable —Press Association —Copyright. LONDON, June 16. In tho House of Commons, replying to questions with regard to the breakdown, of the Mosul, .negotiations, Mr Macdonald said that as,soon as the nine months period allowed for direct negotiations by the Treaty of Lausanne had elapsed, the Government would invite-the League of .Nations, to decide the Turco-Iraquian frontier. Meanwhile they proposed to communicate with the, Turkish Government in order to smooth over any difficulties.
