AIANAGEMENT COAIAIITTEE. The weekly meeting of the S.C.H A. was held on' Tuesday evening. Present.—Aliases Grahame, Rodgers, Hutt, I'lett, Sliced, O’Brien, and Alessrs C. A. Voss (chair). C. Rawstorn, W. Gown A. Goodman, C. Leopold, and the secretary. It was decided that tho draw for the second round of the ladies’ competition should be the same as the first round. •Julv 121 h was confirmed as the date for the ladies’ and men’s representative games with Otago, at- Dunedin. Saturday, 2Sth June, was set aside for trial games, and the secretary was' instructed to ask both selectors to select teams for games on that date. Afr W. B. Ramsay tendered his resignation as press representative for the Association. —It was resolved that Afr Ramsay’s resignation he accepted with regret, and the secretary was instructed to write thanking him for his past services to the game. The following are the games and referees for 14th June :—■ Ladies. Timani v. Orari, Park No. 2, 3.15 p.m. (Air G. W. Hawkey). Stafford v. Celtic A., Park No. 2, at 2.10 p.m. (Air AY. G. Hawkey). Celtic 8., a bye. Alen. C.F.C.A. v. Geraldine A., Park Xo. 1, at 3 p.m. (Air N. B. Edwards). Cambridge v. Geraldine 8., at Geraldine, at 3p.m. (Air L. Bennington). Alattcrs concerning the forthcoming tournament were advanced a further stage.

It was decided to have a junior grade for the tournameut. All teams at present competing on the Association championship as “A.” teams will lo graded as seniors, and those participating as “B.” teams will be graded as juniors. The committee reserve the right to classify any team entering for the above event. This grading clause refers to ladies’ and men’s teams, and it is hoped that young teams from town and country will le encouraged to compete. Special correspondence from lho Orari Ladies’ Club was dealt with, and it was decided that no action be taken. Alpine Ladies (Fairlie) applied for a game with a town club.—Held over pending inquiries. Winchester Ladies notified their colours as royal blue and black. LADIES’ COAIPETITION.
