WILL FRANCE FOLLOW BELGIUM?

The Berlin correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph,”, says the Belgian Government has granted an amnesty to fifty Ruhr prisoners in the Belgian zone, The Government welcomed the release as facilitating an agreement with the Entente." Similar action by France is expected.
