LAUNCH CAPSIZES.
FATALITY AT SAN FRANCISCO.

A message from San Francisco states that a huge wave capsized a motoi launch at Balboa Beach, half a mdo out. Of tho 14 occupants eight were drowned. The remainder gained the shore with difficulty.
