The Paris correspondent of the “Morning Post” says _ the . monoplane in which Saidile Cointex will attempt on Thursday, to beat the world’s ,aii speed record, weighs within 28cwt., with a wing surface of fifteen square metres. The motor is 600 li.p. It is expected that the speed will be over 280 miles an hour.
