MURDERER TO PAY PENALTY.

Morse was found guilty of tho murder of Mrs Hunter and was sen fenced to death.

[Shortly after the arrival of the Medic from Sydney in February last, a passenger, Mrs Hunter, was visited aboard by a man named Horie Moist., and the two descended to the wharf, where after talking a while, a shot was heard.
