Crowds assembled in front of the Elysee on Thursday night, which the troops closely guarded. It is asserted that President Millerand has asked M. Magicot, to form a Ministry. Other names are also mentioned.
The “Morning Post” says: “It may be inferred that President Millerand’s intention is to find a Ministry, face both Chambers with a Presidential message, and insist upon a decisive vote.”
