Perils of Collisions.
ACCIDENTS in ENGLAND. Bv Cable —Press Association —Copyright. LONDON, June 5. Two Air Forco machines, manoeuvrino- over the Grantham aerodrome, collided in mid-air. Both caught fire and crashed from a thousand feet up. The pilot and observers in both machines were instantly killed. Another flight-lieutenant crashed and was killed at Northolt- while manoeuvring with a fighting squadron.

Sergeant Ogden, mechanic of one of the American ’planes, found his commission awaiting him at Shanghai, and w.os sworn in as a Lieutenant in the United States Army.
