EVIDENCE AT INQUEST. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 11.30 p.m., September 20. SYDNEY, September 20. At the Bellbird inquest Deputy Eake said he had never found any gas in the mine. He considered the safety provisions sufficient. He received no complaints' of bad air.
