REMARKABLE CURE

THE HICKSON MISSION

Those who scoff at the Hickson mis-sion^-and there are many who do so — will find it difficult to explain away ! a cure which has occurred fsays the Sydney “Evening News”). Airs L. Taylor, of Huntley’s Point, Giadesville, inis been a sufferer from riieumathoid arthritis for the last 14 years. For tlie last eight years she lias been able to move about her home with extreme difficulty, and then only with the aid of a stick. If she sat in a chair for a few minutes it became a painful matter for her to rise, and when she did so the members of her family could hear her knee joints cracking. Sydney doctors regarded her as a specimen case. Many of them have done their utmost to give her relief, but all abandoned the case as hopeless. Mrs Taylor appeared at the cathedral during the Hickson mission in an invalid’s chair. She was accompanied by one of heir sons. Let the latter continue the story in his own words. “My mother, alter the laying on of hands, got up from the chair cured. For tlm next few days she walked out without the pain from which she had suffered for years. My mother, however, was a little disappointed that she could not move about without her stick.
