Thc prospectus of the Temuka I lour Milling Grain and Produce Agency Co., is again published in this issue. To the fanner the establishment of the Itourmill in Temuka is of twofold interest. It opens another avenue for the disposal of his wheat and with the grain being milled in the district enables him to procure bran and pollard so necessary on the farm and so difficult to procure alter the grain leaves the district to be milled elsewhere. Provision is being made for cleaning the seed wheat and grinding grain for the piggery. To tlie investor the proposition has no equal, with the latest plant, best handling facilities and the mill on the railway. Tlie prospects of it being a dividend producer are unequalled.
