The “Morning Post’s” Russian correspondent says that tlie Soviet Government has decided to offei asylum to all fugitives from justiev from western bourgeouis and Imperialist countries. A special society has been formed for their welfare. A big Moscow house has been already placed at the disposal of 354 fugitives from Europe and America, where they have been convicted by criminal courts, also several wanted Englishmen who fled tlie country.—A. and N.Z.
