JtLis judgments were always clear and concise. It was with, great regret that the whole district iiad heard of the departure of Mr McKean on promoion to Auckland, and they all wisned him every success and hoped he would rise to the top of his prolession. Mr McKean, in reply, thanked Mr Aspinall for his kind remarks, His duties had not been very heavy in Temuka, and it lind been pleasant .to work in connection with the Temuka Bar and officials.. He appreciated very much Mr Aispinall's kind remarks.
