Tlie German Government has protested to tine, (Supreme Council against the'ooundary demarcation of the West Prussian plebiscite area, and declares! that it cannot recognise the Supreme Councils decision, winch, is incompatible with the provisions of the Peace Treaty and a contradiction of tho right of self-determination.
