The Hon. G. W. Russeil,' Minister of Internal Affairs, referring to the appointmcnt of a totalisator inspector, made an announcement regarding the odd money over dividends, which during the four days racing in Grand National Week amounted to £B4l. The Minister said that this money did not belong to the clubs and should be returned to tho public.
