SCENE IN PARLIAMENT, OVER NEW. GOVERNOR. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. Received 9.15 p.m., Feb- 22nd. SYDNEY, Feb. 22. A B«"ene occurred in the Assembly during the discussion on. the usual motion congratulating the new Governor on his appointment. Several members of the opposition, while offering Sir W. Davidson personal congratulationsj disobeyed the Speaker's ruling and condemned the retention of State Governors and the expense attaching thereto- One member was eventually removed, and the motion was carried by thirty-two votes to eleven.
