STOCKHOLM CONFERENCE'. MINERS TO BE THERE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON. August TO. The Miners Federation decided by a majority of oil votes to IS4 to participate in tho Stockholm Conference. ITALY AND BELGICM OUT. STOCKHOLM, August 10. The Italian and Belgium Socialists have resolved not to take part in the conference.
HERR HARDEN FOR CONCESSIONS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. WASHINGTON, Aug. 10. Official information has been, received that Herr Maximilian Harden wrote in the last issue of '-.Die Zukunft" that Alsace and Lorraine must be restored to France and Trent and Trieste to Italy in order to eliminate tho risk of future wars. Peace must be concluded on the basis of President Wiison"s declaration of the rights of nations.
