Official information has been, received that Herr Maximilian Harden wrote in the last issue of '-.Die Zukunft" that Alsace and Lorraine must be restored to France and Trent and Trieste to Italy in order to eliminate tho risk of future wars. Peace must be concluded on the basis of President Wiison"s declaration of the rights of nations.
