GERMANY'S STRENGTH. ON EAST AND WEST FRONTS. Australian and N.Z. Ca'ole Assn. Received 5.5 p.m., August- 10th. NEW YORK, August 9. The New York "World's" correspondent learns from the Russian missioner in Paris that Germany has b8 divisions, a total of 1,344.000 men, on the Russo-Roumanian front, and 14S divisions, a total of 1.924,000 men, on tho Western front. Additional troops on tho East front comprise 41 divisions of Austrians and Hungarians, and four Turkish and four Bulgarian divisions.
