Senator Root informed President Wilson that Russia is growing stronger daily. and will l>e victorious, if the present Government retain control Wo can depend on Russia doing her part iu the war if the United States and the Allies aid the Government Ho forecasts record crops of wheat, corn, potatoes and barley.
