GERMAN CABINET. OFFENDS ALL PARTIES. Australian, and N.Z. Cable Assn. LONDON, August 7. The whole of the German Press is attacking Dr MichaehVs Ministerial appointments. Liberal and Social Democratic papers regard the appointments as a. challenge to parliamentary government, and accuse Dr Michaelis of cowardice in deferring action until the Reichstag adjournment.
The pan-Germans are angry, believing that Baron Kuehlmann, the new Foreign Minister, favours a rapprochement with England.
