FINANCIAL CONTROL. Reuter's Telegrams. Received 5.5 p.m., July Bth. LONDON, July 6. In the House of Commons, replying to many complaints of lack of Parliamentary control of Finance. Mr Bonar Law stated that a select committee would be appointed to consider how the best control would be obtainable, also to examine the expenditure of Government departments. THE WAR CABINET. NEW MEMBER MAY BE APIPOINTED. Mr Bonar Law announced %hab tho duties of the Chancellorship did not allow him to devote the necessary time to the War Cabinet, and probably an additional member would be appointed
