SERVIA.
NEW GERMAN OFFENSIVE. PRESSURE ON BULGARIA. BUCHAREST.. Aug. 26. It is reported that the new offensive against Servia will avoid western Servia. and lie concentrated in the north-east districts with a. view to eventually advancing through Bulgaria via Widm. Bielogradchik and Snin. 'J'liere is renson to believe that Bulgaria, was informed or the intended aggression, and that if she resists there is a threat that she wi!} suffer Belgium's fate.
