RUSSIAN NAVY BUSY. PETROGRAD, Aug. 25. Russian torpedo-boats sank a large coal-laden sailing vessel which, was bound for the Bosphorus. GERMAN BALTIC FLEET. MANY SUBMARINES. COPENHAGEN. Aug. 25. It is learned that Germany possesses -">S submarines and that the Baltic fleet consists of thirty vessels. THEE. 13. High personages, diplomats and the interned British officers and seamen attended the funeral service of the victims of submarine E-13. The guard of honour consisted of 200 Danish sailors. and vast sympathetic crowds of people lined the quay when the Yidar sailed.
