DIAZ SAILS FOR FRANCE. MEXICO, June 1. Diaz sailed from Vera Cruz for Havre. He intends to settle in Spain. Farewelling a group of army officers, he declared that he would always heed tho country's call if it needed him in future. Ho warned them that tho present Government must follow Diaz methods if poace was to be established. Ho tearfully embraced tho officers.
