(Before His Honour Mr Justice | Denni9ton.) IN BANKRUPTCY'. On tlia api>lication of Mr Einslio, a. diacharge in bankruptcy was grauted yesterday by IMr Justice .Denaistjn in ihe case of -Alfred Budd. Mr J. \V\ White, Crotvu Prosecutor, again mentioned the caiae of Jolm Purvis McLean, a bankrupt -who was •10 be publicly examined at tliat sitting of the Court.
