I Waimataitai Wesleyan Church congregation hold their anniversary tea i and concert this evening. Morton and Pearson draw special attention to Mr G. Watts'a clearing sale at Rathmore Street to-da.y at 2 p.m. As Mr Watts lias sold liis property and is leaving Timaru, every lot is for sale to the highest bidder. The furniture and effects are equal to new. A new sub-division of building sections has been made in Timaru and eighteen sunny, well-drained and level sites are offered for sale, privately, by Mr H. H. Webb, property agent. The sub-division is within a few yards of the Waimataitai school and not far from the Park. In price, the sections vary from £7O to £9O.
