Would you please state how many plans were received, also the names of as 1 understand that no members of the Institute of Architects competed ? I am, etc., RATEPAYER. [Enquiry from the so-.-k mry to fcho H'lfvmtsil Bonvd elicited tinformation that only the name of the successful competitor was made public, but anyone interested in the matter could obtain full information on application at the Board's office.}
