MEXICAN REVOLT.
PEOPLE IN FLIGHT. Press Association —By Tel —Copyright. Receiver! 1 a.m., Feb. 4th. NEW YORK, Feb. 3. The inhabitants of Juarez, across the American border, are fleeing. The rebels swear that they will capture the town, and the banks' treasure has been brought out. SAVAGE WARFARE. The Federal force dynamited the railway near Juarez, and a train loaded with rebels was wrecked by the explosion. Many were killed, and human fragments littered the track. A skirmish followed, both sides losing :-'in. Tho Federals exploded gunpowder works south of Juarez, and two Americans were accidentally killed by the explosion. El Paso was shaken by the detonation.
