AT WTNCHESTKU. The Winchester bicycle road raco run on Saturday artei'r.fi"?i created a great deal of interest, and vjuite a Trrwd gathered at tlio startiiiK anil finishing point. Mitchell takes the prize for fastest unplaced competitor. The race was run under Xew Zealand Athletic Union rales.
