CAPTAIN SCOTT AT MELBOURNE. Press Asffociation-By Telegraph-Copyright MELBOURNE, Oct. 10. ' Captain Scott, loader of tlie Antarctic expedition, dined at Government House and tlie Federal. Ministers entertained him at luncheon. Captain Scott stated that tlie presence of radio-active rocks in the Antarctic had already been detected in considerable quantities, and possibly some might be found to bear larger stores of radium as a result of the party's investigations. It was in contemplation to establish meteorological stations along the ice barriers. The Terra Nova is expected to resumo lier voyage to New Zealand tomorrow morning. j
