DRAINAGE SCHEME REQUIRED. The bi-monihly meeting; of the Waimate J.sorou<ili Council was held on Tuesday nifiht. Present —The Mayor,. (Mr N. Francis), Councillors lukslor. Sanders. .Miller, Jones.
