TTTF, Y.KAIVS PROFITS. A meeting of the Directors of the Canterbury Farmers' Co-operative As-A-ciation was held yesterday, when tho manager submitted a balance-sheet anil prolit and loss statement for the past year ended 3.lst July. The net .prolii.:; for flic \fV.r, with the balance brought forward from hut year, show a total of £18,913 3.s available for distribution, ami the Directors recommend that this amount be allocated as follows:—To payment of a dividend (on capital of 1). per cent., a bonus on (shareholders' purchases of o.\ per cent., a bonus on salaries and wages of 5 per cent., and after allowing i'or auditors' and slccktakers' fees and income tax, the balance be carried forward.
