A LEGION OF AVIATORS. PARIS, August 15. The French Minister of War is forming a legion of aviators and ordering fifty aeroplanes, for which a credit of two million francs will be asked next year.
A NEW AIRSHIP. BERLIN, August 15. The airship Parseval VI. made its first passenger flight at Munich. It was in the air an hour and a half and carried sixteen passengers.
