NO BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS. 'Press Assocdation-Bv Telegraph-Copyright MELBOURNE, May 25. The Earl of Dudley has received from Earl Crewe an intimation that the King desires that there should be no celebration of the King's Birthday during the current year anywhere fl-ithin the Empire.
