HOPEFUL REPORT. JUDGE SCHOLES' SUCCESS. Press Association-By' Teiegraph-Copyright Received 12.55 a.m., March 11th. SYDNEY, March 10. A report, which however requires official confirmation, has just been received from Newcastle, stating that unless the unforeseen happens the strike will be declared off to-morrow. It is understood that this is the roj suit of Judge Scholes' negotiations.
