New Guinea news states that the outlaw chief Sito. and the rest of the gang who terrorised the inhabitants of Vella Cavella, and were responsible for several murders of whites,' were captured. Some few months ago this gang murdered the native wife trnd family of Mr Binskin, a trader at Bagga. A native police expedition organised by the British Commissionsr resulted in tfie capture of twelve of Sito's gang and the death of about seventeen others while resisting arrest.
