Per Press Association. AVELLINGTON, Dec. 3. In the Divorce Court, Judge Edwards heard tho petition- of> Catherine Dwyer for an order of 'nullity of her marriage with Alfred Michelli, on the ground that respondent's first wife was still alive. Respondent is at present serving a sentence'of'five years' imprisonment for embezzlement in Auckland, and was said to have admitted that liis first wife was still alive. Decision was reserved.
