AMUSEMENTS.
THE CARNIVAL. There was an even larger attendance at the Carnival in the Drill Hall last evening than on tho opening night and good business was dono i all departments. During the evening Messrs B. McKnight gave tho sword dance, C. Burns danced .the seantreus, and tho Burns family a reel;, Pipers McKay, Hume and Hall supplying the music. The Garrison and Pipe Bands, and mandolin " and banjo orchestra played selections. A specially attractive programme is promised for tonight, "Show Night," and a record attendance is expected.
