The rules were then revised and alterations were made in the following directions:. It was decided that a subscription of £1 shall entitle a member to a ticket of admission and to an unlimited number of entries for the show, 10s to one admission ticket and 2-1 ento one admission ticket and 12 entries and 2s : Gd to' one admission ticket and 6 t-ntrie. It was further decided that all exhibits- must be the property of the exhibitor for at least two months prior to the show. The- following officers ' were elected : —Patrons, Messrs James Guild, W. G. Aspinall, T. Buxton, D. Melnnes. J. M. Twoomev. James flay, John Talbot, Drs Bigjr, Crausbaw, and Curtis; president. "Mr K. -lames: vice-presidents, Messrs K. Cut ten and J. Holwell; treasurer, Mr W. 11. Brown; secretary, Mr F.'A.-Jovnt; committee. Mesdames A. Hope, A". C. Watson, and Melnnes, Messrs A. C. Watson, D. Melnnes, T. Gunnion, I'. A. Acheson. W. Evans, Rev.
