The nnv 'French -military dirigible 'ballonn of 135 hnrse power, which was designed by M. Le R-audy, made a suecessi'ul triel flight at- Nantes, and attained a speed of 33 miles an hour, carrying seven passengers. At the Rlieims tests, M. Farinan covered 112 miles in 3 hours -Imin SGJ sec, and wins the grand prize of a value of £2OOO. Mr Latham won the second prize of £IOOO, and Mr Paulhan the third, of £4OO.
