Pep Press Association. AUCKLAND, August 14. In the Supreme Court decrees nisi were granted in the following cases: — William Alfred Warner against Kate Warner and Jas. McDermott, for misconduct and drunkenness; Win. Henry George against Mary Grace George, for desertion; Chas. Edward Iteuner v. Hannah Reuner, for drunkenness and misconduct. CHRISTCHURCH, August 14. The hearing of tho motion for a new trial in the case Stringer v. Norton, was concluded this afternoon, and judgment was reserved.
