, MISHAP TO SUBMARINES. Association-By Telegraph-Copyright LONDON, July'ls. A passing steamer collided with, tho submarines. Lieutenants Brodie and Watkius were rescued, and twelve men were drowned. The submarines were preceding from the Thames for the approaching spectacle. Submarine Cl 7 is afloat. .; ■-
STEAMER AMONG THE FLEET. SERIES OF COLLISIONS. Received 9.10 p.m., July 16tli. LONDON, July 16. The enrgo steamer Eddystone, bound for Hull, during a dense fog on the Norfolk Coast, ran among the submarines at midnight, colliding with Cll. Simultaneously Clo arid Cl 7 mutually collided in endeavouring to avoid the Eddystone, t CI7 being badly damaged. *, ■
